Mike is an independent contractor who has spent the last several years working in residential construction here in the valley. He specializes in full home builds, remodels & all the “hard-to-find-someone-for” projects that require skill, creativity & problem-solving. If something needs fixing, Mike is usually the one who can figure it out.

Lindy graduated from Seeley-Swan High School & is a licensed property manager for the state of Montana, as well as a licensed notary. She handles the financials, communication, scheduling & the countless moving pieces that keep everything running smoothly — all while parenting & homeschooling their two young children. “Organized” is an understatement.

They purchased Seeley-Swan Vacations in 2023, combining Lindy’s strengths in management & systems with Mike’s background in construction. Since then, they’ve expanded their rental offerings, improved operations & continued building strong relationships with homeowners, tenants & guests.

Mike & Lindy live on a small homestead just outside of town with their kids, Colt (4) & Lainey (1), along with chickens, goats, cows, dogs & a cat. Their family spends most days outdoors — working, playing, learning & living the Montana lifestyle they both grew up with.

For Mike & Lindy, Seeley Lake isn’t just where they work — it’s home. Their love for this community, the valley, & the people in it shapes the way they run their business every single day.
